A strong work ethic is attributed to the success of reaching a monumental anniversary.
“Our goal is to satisfy our customers’ needs and exceed our employees’ expectations.” -Jerry L. Moseley
To honor our anniversary celebration, Moseley’s Compass Leadership Group conducted an interview with Moseley’s President/CEO, Jerry L. Moseley.
Where do you see the Moseley expanding its efforts in the next few years?
With new business moving into the Huntsville, AL area, we are focusing on growing business in the local marketplace, and expanding our footprint in Charleston, SC.
Moseley’s Purpose statement attributes success to God’s grace and mercy. Was there any concern that Moseley would not be accepted culturally in business?
I have been through several personal and professional challenges; I know that God’s grace and mercy helped me through those challenges. I believe that if you define your purpose, mission, vision, and goals and then surround yourself with people that share those same values you have a high probability of being successful.
What inspired you to stay in business for 25 years?
Our team members, it’s never been about me, it’s about we and what we can accomplish together. If I fail then we all fail, and that is not an option. When you join our team at Moseley, it is our responsibility to make sure that you are employed here as long as you want to be part of the team. If a better opportunity presents itself, we will always support someone doing what is best for their career and their family.
In 2014, the Moseley’s Executive team implemented a tradition of having Moseley’s recruiters ring a bell to celebrate their employee hires. To celebrate Moseley’s 25th anniversary, Jerry L. Moseley was presented with the original bell on a plaque to commemorate the celebration of employees taking on new career opportunities with our customers.
“It’s the Moseley family, working together with a common vision and common goal which is to glorify God in all we do.” -Renee Pinto Smith
On September 20th, 2019, Moseley’s remote and Huntsville office employees gathered at Top Golf for our anniversary celebration.
