In 1994, Jerry Moseley transformed his passion for innovation and engineering into reality by founding Moseley Technical Services, Inc. Drawing on over 40 years of experience as an aerospace engineer, including pivotal contributions as a Design Engineer on Department of Defense projects, Jerry built a company that has become a powerhouse in the aerospace and defense industries. Now, 30 years later, Jerry celebrates an incredible milestone, marking three decades of leadership, vision, and dedication to advancing technology and supporting mission-critical programs.

With over 25 years at Moseley, Renee Smith has built and solidified our reputation in the Aerospace and Defense industry. As Vice President of Professional Services, she has been pivotal in cultivating lasting relationships with top-tier industry partners, expanding our customer base, and ensuring the success of critical contracts. Renee’s visionary leadership and relentless commitment to excellence have positioned Moseley as a trusted and preferred partner across the sector. Her dedication and leadership have been integral to Moseley’s success and operational excellence.

Carol Buchanan’s 25+ years with Moseley have been a cornerstone of the company’s Human Resources Department, bringing her customer relations and leadership expertise to the company’s success. In her dual role as Vice President of Human Resources and Security Manager, Carol has cultivated extensive knowledge in security compliance, seamlessly integrating it with her HR expertise. Her unwavering dedication to Moseley’s vision has driven our progress and shaped the company’s future.

As Controller at Moseley, Renee Douglass brings over 30 years of executive-level accounting expertise. With a distinguished career, Renee oversees all aspects of financial strategy, including budgeting, managerial finance, payroll, account reconciliation, and comprehensive financial management. Her extensive knowledge of large organizations ensures the company’s financial operations are optimized, providing critical oversight that supports Moseley’s growth and strategic objectives.

DeAnna Scott brings over 23 years of expertise in Human Resources, with the past 14 years focused on elevating Moseley’s operations. As a leader overseeing both the Human Resources and Operations departments, DeAnna ensures that compliance, staffing, account management, and customer program goals are met and consistently exceeded. Her strategic oversight and in-depth understanding of HR dynamics have been pivotal in optimizing operational efficiency and fostering long-term client satisfaction, contributing significantly to Moseley’s continued success and growth.

Krista Norris, Assistant Controller, has been with Moseley for over 24 years and is an invaluable resource.  With a deep commitment to financial excellence, Krista has played a key role in overseeing critical accounting functions and ensuring precision in all financial processes. Her leadership and unwavering dedication have been integral to Moseley’s continued growth and operational efficiency. Krista’s strategic approach to financial management and ability to navigate complex financial landscapes make her a cornerstone of the team.

As the Business Development Manager at Moseley, Matt Doss brings over a decade of experience driving strategic growth and cultivating strong client relationships. With a keen understanding of the unique needs within the Aerospace and Defense sectors, Matt’s time with Moseley has been spent leveraging his deep industry knowledge, particularly in Huntsville, to connect top-tier professionals and deliver customized solutions that drive operational excellence and innovation. Bob Jones, National Accounts Manager at Moseley and a retired Army First Sergeant, brings the team 36 years of military and professional experience. As a retired First Sergeant, Bob’s deep understanding of defense contracts and military projects strengthens our commitment to delivering exceptional service in these critical areas. In his 7+ years at Moseley, he has become a subject matter expert on our customer needs. Bob is the go-to person for ensuring our customers and recruiters’ success, effectively bridging the gap to meet their requirements.
