This week we want to shine a spotlight on our Business Recruiter Partner, Detrom. Detrom is a vital part of our recruiting program. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for 20 years and 8 months. When he first enlisted in the USAF he was in electrical systems, as part of the Civil Engineering career field. He was frequently deployed overseas as part of the Red Horse unity that set up bare-base operations. He moved into Recruiting and spent 16 years of his career in the Air force moving from Recruiting, to Operations, to MEPS Liaison, and lastly Flight Chief. He retired in 2015, and we are honored to have him as part of the Moseley family!

When asked what his greatest lesson from his time in the military he says: “The biggest lesson I took from my time serving in the military would be no matter the obstacles, the mission must be completed. It sounds very simplistic; but I learned early on from my days at Boot Camp that if properly applied this simple approach to all things will almost always guarantee success. The military taught me that any & all objectives will have tasks that you must overcome; but ultimately your ability to persevere  and have a sense of intestinal fortitude will always shine through.“
